First things first, What is ChatGPT?
According to the AI itself, “ChatGPT is a cutting-edge language model developed by OpenAI that utilizes deep learning algorithms and vast amounts of data to provide human-like responses. It’s flexible, adaptable, and accessible through various platforms and applications, making it a valuable tool for work, research, and leisure.
With its broad base of knowledge and dynamic natural language processing capabilities, ChatGPT represents a significant advancement in AI and human-computer interaction”. Well, we can’t deny it.
But what actually sets ChatGPT apart from searching for information on Google or Wikipedia? When you ask Google or ChatGPT about something general like World War I, you will find a vast amount of information from various sources and the answer will be very similar.
CHATGPT and Marketing Applications
ChatGPT can enhance your content creation, text editing, and social media strategies. Here’s how:
- Content creation: ChatGPT can generate compelling titles and ideas for your content. You can also customize the tone of the text to make it more exciting or professional.
- Text editing: ChatGPT can efficiently improve the quality of your texts by correcting grammar errors and enhancing readability.
- Social media: ChatGPT can provide creative ideas for hashtags and condense long articles into concise, social media-friendly formats.
But when asked about SEO, ChatGPT made it clear “that improving your SEO requires a comprehensive approach that involves various tactics and techniques. ChatGPT can assist you in various aspects of your SEO strategy, but it’s not a one-stop solution for improving your search engine rankings”. We agree.
The rival: Google Bard is coming
Google Bard is a proposed project by Google that aims to build an AI-powered, high-speed transit system.
On February 6th the company announced its plans to soon launch its own artificial intelligence. Soon after, Google Bard made a mistake that cost Google $100 billion.
The error, as shown in the picture above, refers to the third answer claiming that the James Webb Space Telescope captured the “very first images” of an exoplanet outside our solar system. However, according to NASA, the European Southern Observatory’s Very Large Telescope was actually the first to take an image of an exoplanet back in 2004.
Apart from that, Google promised that Bard will turn the conversation between human and AI to the next level. Using Language Model for Dialogue Applications (or LaMDA for short), “Bard seeks to combine the breadth of the world’s knowledge with the power, intelligence, and creativity of our large language models. It draws on information from the web to provide fresh, high-quality responses.
Bard can be an outlet for creativity, and a launchpad for curiosity, helping you to explain new discoveries from NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope to a 9-year-old, or learn more about the best strikers in football right now, and then get drills to build your skills”, according to the announcement made on Google Blog (Click here to read the full article)
